Ok never thought I’d post something like this online but need serious help and my friends havn’t come up with any real solutions so here I am
There is this girl I met at my university; We had a nice chat a couple of times. I really liked her so I started looking for excuses to talk to her. Called her and asked for her help in studies and she agreed to meet (on a day when she had no class and had no reason to come to uni) but when we met she seemed kind of cold and we talked about nothing other than what we were supposed to study. I asked her again and once again she agreed. This time around I asked her out on coffee (in a friendly way and not in the ‘I want to go out with you’ way) but she refused. I was desperate so I called her AGAIN next week and she agreed this time too. Once again no talk except studies. Then afterwards she calls me and says that I can ask her help whenever I want and I shouldn’t worry much about studies. During all these 3 meets she was giving a cold response but before all this began we had a couple of long chats on ‘other normal’ stuff.
Now my question is what I should do next? I have tried to give her signals that I am interested but she doesn’t responds but still offers her help. I dont want to continue acting dumb (in studies) and ask her to meet for study sessions.
What should I do to get her to respond? I want to find out if she is interested too or not so that I can move on.

1-she may stright farward refuse which mean she is not intrested
1-she may keep quite which mean she need some time to develope new relation
1-she may smile mean she is agree but not sure
1-she may said YES.
Ya see..she doesn't seem like an easy girl but definately not impossible. Talking from experience here. :D. Keep trying and show interest. If she tells you to get out of her life or face then still try a bit. But don't be creepy. A gentleman should know his game well. Meanwhile..ya should talk to other girls as well.

Yeah she is not easy. Not being creepy at all. I am not texting or calling her un-necessarily while my friends continuously push me to text her jokes or something. Thats just not me
I would ask her blatantly is she sees you as anything more than a friend.
At the moment we arn't even friends in the true sense of the word. Acquaintance would be a better word and no cant do it because she will say no

From My Experience she is interested in you too, She is expecting you to be upfront about it and tell her that you like her. She is also acting cold and not letting you think that she is interested in you.
I wud recommend asking for coffee a couple of more times and most likely you will fail. After that you can tell her that you only ask for help so you can spend some time with her.

She's inviting you to ask for her help and tells you that it doesn't have to be about studies. Can't get any more obvious than that. She's got the hots for you. Go get her, tiger.
continue to study, study particle + modern physics, build a time machine (eventually), go back in time and fix what you just did, and then re-start from there ...
