Re: Girl accused of blasphemy for a spelling error
That’s what irks me about this news story… while many of us have condemned the execution of the blasphemy law before, it’s the context of this case that is bothersome. Didn’t the teacher or the principal have the brains to discuss and confer the benign nature of this mistake and stop the word from getting out? Why was this even made into an issue in the first place?
