It’s just a way to shirk his responsibility and an excuse for his government’s incompetence.
Fact is that Pakistan’s problems all have internal sources.
Government banned the extremist violent outfits and yet they easily fool Rehman Malik in the broad daylight by simply changing their names. Sipahe Sahaba changed its name to Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat, and Rehman Malik allows it to come openly in processions under Difa e Pakistan banner.

People from Northern Areas have always been peaceful people. Yet Talibanic extremists are showing up their extremist hateful colors there as well.
