I still have to disagree. Perhaps "kept wives" is a better term to use for those that have the luxury of spending without earning and still have the time to go spas. I was a housewife for a while and I have got to say that I certainly didn't have the time to dedicate to this sort of activity.
Now that I am working full-time AND looking after the household stuff, I make the effort to find time for myself and go to relax. It has become a routine for me. And it's even more fun when I do it with hubby by my side. Nothing like his and hers massage.....
Are there other things that the money could be spent on.....I'm sure I could find some. But what's the point of buying other things or saving for other expenses if I am not feeling good enough to enjoy them?
