Everybody knows how hard housewives work, but the reason I took them out in my first post was because, after all a housewife can do her work in any order she wants, and she can take off time whenever she feels like, therefore, there is a better chance of her getting a spa or facials done. Now for the working women, they can’t just take some time off whenever they feel like it, its a little more stressful.
It does not mean housewives don’t need a spa gift card, its just a little harder to plan it out for the working women, so it would be nice if someone just did for them

I still have to disagree. Perhaps "kept wives" is a better term to use for those that have the luxury of spending without earning and still have the time to go spas. I was a housewife for a while and I have got to say that I certainly didn't have the time to dedicate to this sort of activity.
Now that I am working full-time AND looking after the household stuff, I make the effort to find time for myself and go to relax. It has become a routine for me. And it's even more fun when I do it with hubby by my side. Nothing like his and hers massage.....
Are there other things that the money could be spent on.....I'm sure I could find some. But what's the point of buying other things or saving for other expenses if I am not feeling good enough to enjoy them?
You goit to be kidding me. House wives are often 5 times busier than working ladies, and very often their jobs go unnoticed ..

I still have not decided anything and her birthday is coming up. I am clueless as to what to get her!!!
Guys please she is not in to spas etc, she doesnt have time to read books, she already has a gucci sunglasses pair that she love's .. she has soooooo much jewellery and diamonds that that's pointless too to get... she mashallah has literally everything....
ofcourse I am going to give her a kiss on the cheek and hug her and give her a card etc and already wrote her a poem but I am talking about something material!!!
and THERE IS NO BUDGET!!! I can pay whatever the thing costs!

if she has everything then don't try to get her something just for the sake of it. i didn't read but i assume it's for your mother. I'd say just massage her feet and get duaa's. End of story

Yeh but she loves it when I get something for her and I massage her feet every night so that wont be anything special on her birthday

Aisha sounds like your mommy is about my age, i will be turning 40 soon. From a mothers point of view i can tell you that she would rather you didnt spend your money instead did something for or with her. now you can hand make some I.O.U coupons with things like monthly organizing her pantry, washing her car or something, or maybe doing something that she normally does and is her regular chore. you can make a 12 month coupon book this way and she'll have your gift for the whole year.
one of my boys gave me a pendent with all the kids birth stones which i constantly wear and an other named a star in my name, you can get the info online about that. i'll try to find the paper work for the one he used.
Do not give thing for the kitchen or to workout.* please* this is what comes to mind for now.
