No "hay" in gharam. No "hay" in bakhwas. It's garam and bakwas. You use "h" a lot in your Roman Urdu.

Finally a Pakistani who spells garam without an h. Now please correct your fellow country people that there is no h after G in Gandhi (and of course has only one f).

All sorts of ingredients can be put in and blended, depends on your taste or how strong you want it be

Cinnamon sticks
Bay leaves
Fennel
Green cardamom
Black cardamom

Etc etc

I’ll consider your request provided that you first correct your countryfolk that jeera is zeera…and jaada is ziyada…and jindagi is zindagi…and to butcher the language in such a way is a gross zulm…and not jullam.

actually, it is jeera. the word means "to digest" in sanskrit, and jeeraka, the name of the seed in sanskrit means that which helps to digest - is the name of the seed, its been that way for a few thousand years. some overzealous chap made it zeera for the newcomer urdu walay.
and it was jind in farsi too until fairly recently, its still jind in punjabi. zind is a relatively modern phenomenon. there were no z sounds in farsi until fairly recently in the lifespan of the persian language. now if punjabis would quit distorting all the vowels... that'd be nice.
