one of my friends is a naqabi and even though i spend hours with her everyday and we are very good friends sometimes when i see her without her naqab i feel like i’m talking to a different person
the image i had of her face when she was with her naqab was different from what she is without it
i discussed with another mutual friend too and she said the same thing too that she feelz like that abt her as well
ofcourse this doesnt mean my friendship/feeling towards her changes at all, or even my opinion abt anything changes
but it adds a whole new dimension to the relationship and the way i perceive her is a bit different, tho not worse or better, but it does add something to the perception.
just like as u get closer to ppl and get to know more things abt them, those things change ur perception of them, though u still maintain a consistency in ur attitude towards them

im thinking in the same way this could apply to knowing ppl on GS, then on msn, then on fone, then in real life

but im just saying it adds something to the relationship
like i'll give u an example. i knew this girl whom i always thought was very shareef and could do no wrong. and then she told me something that she did, and that changed my perception of her. didnt mean i became less close to her but yes that told me that that girl can also commit mistakes. so even though i knew her always, just her revealing one fact to me did change my perception of her in a certain thing, but overall did not have an effect on the friendship.
does that make sense?? hmm
sometimes we even discover thingz about our ownselves or family members that surprise us, do we not?
i guess life is a constant journey of discovery, and nothing is predictable
i am not talking bout ur friendship lessening or getting better.. its how u look and feel about her the next day after hearing or revealing something that u mite belive would have never happend or done by her..
hey everyones got the goodies bag and the baddies bag.. but u are doing no wrong by feeling diff its just human nature...
as it is belived in our culture too ... if she is a hijabi or burkhadar she is or even a He with a beard are Angels .. and can commit no sin....

i mean if am good friends with someone and they confide in me and tell me abt a mistake they made, or show me another dimension of their personality and if i allow myself to change my attitude towars them in case i dont like that, thats definitely mean of me

by human nature i mean u do have feelings and emotions . You react in a certain manner to em and after realising she commined a mistake u get to know em better and makes u r self feel better too ...

understanding anyone fully is hard but getting to know them better is more like it. You get to know em better or understand them a lil more too as you exactly know wat triggers someone , how he/she will feel when u say something.
and yeah understanding someone complete is possible just like moms know thier kids inside out

but to first time situations sometimes it tough to predict
like i am usually a very happy type of person in the house and im never rude or grumpy but when i had just started working full time for the first time i couldnt believe it and i was surprised at myself but i was an absolute grump for abt a week. everyone was surprised at me i think. im sure my parents were too. so i dont think they could have predicted that i would react like that.
