Getting the H1N1 Flu Shot?

This is a reaction to the regular flu shot, not H1N1.

It’s actually very sad and shocking. The lady had had the flu shot before, but every year it is different.

Just an update on the lady I mentioned in my last post:

She is a doctor herself (gynecologist).Right after she got the shot, she could not move her entire arm, and it got significantly swollen.
Apparently,muscle stiffness and swelling are some of the side-effects of the shot, so they are giving it some time to get better on its own.

I got the H1N1 shot and the regular flu shot. MashAllah so far all is well.

I don't think I will be getting it.... Can't really tell what the side effects will be..if any...But Inshallah that won't be an issue for those who have already got it!

i too have been invited for the injection.... im not pregnant, but i think its because im a university student....
but im not sure, dont want to have swine flu esp near my exams, yet its too new that we dont know the risks..

got kiddos too - they need booster shots though.
