You r right.

Its just this time around, floods nearby sialkot has made a pretty unbelievable mess, and whereas the needy will get plenty from within the city, the outskirts, like naroval area and beyond, there the victims are in dire need. So the pick up is the extra this time around.

Yup and the day and location make a huge difference. At the end of the day say 3/4 pm also allows the daily workers to take food home to their wife and kids. So there is that added benefit. You can feed more than 1 person in that area.
@SID_NY - Edhi foundation does the Qurbani for you and they take care of everything. So you can just donate at the local offices or at the bank. I would trust Edhi with my finances if he was a broker or a banker.
