Unfortunately Pakistan can not get rid of dictators - religious or secular. They will continue to rule it like all other muslims nations! Democracy does not fit into muslims minds.
They have always been ruled by military leaders throughout the history.
Islam offers a complete way of life. Its a deen not a religion. I know you won't listen maybe because you don't want to... Thats fine... Even a child can see the system in Quran and sunnah.
Next secular....
Can you name a country that is an ideal Islamic model for Pakistan to follow?
How about you seculars progress and make a good society and a utopia that you have badly failed in creating. You have put the whole world on fire. Its a secular fitna not an Islamic one.
"We want a constitution that is going to provide and protect a state that is a democratic, secular, social state of law," Mr Erdogan told the Financial Times.
Unfortunately ...None at this time...and in this age....
It is going to emerge once we become sincere towards our deen.
Yaar who are you kidding? There are over 50 Islamic countries and you cant find one that is ideally Islamic....which means you're dream of ideally utopian Islamic Pakistan is unrealistic, too. Face it, when you mix religion and politics you get Afghanistan or Iraq. We're already halfway there thanks to Taliban. If you want Pakistan under Taliban thats not going to happen b/c we're very big country with many different Islamic schools of thoughts. Plus we need to move forward and cant afford to go back to the stone age.

Taliban are and should be history...
They are not examples for us. In fact its our Pak Fauj that came up with the taliban mess.... They are gone...The problem now is that the same pak fauj lead my Mush the tyrant has created new taliban ...in fata. So to get rid of taliban we must first do away with Mush and MQM.
A country i really love and admire...United states.... has a system close to Islam. There is law and order, people generally are nice, don't lie...... respect diversity and accommodate all sorts of people...including taliban like.. have good working democracy.....
So if they just have shariah laws they will be the best example of an islamic state .

Ooops! If they have sharia laws, most things will reverse over there as people will become intolerent.

having shariah is not being intolerant. Islam gives certain laws that once followed only bring good and prosperity. As a Muslims we all believ in quran as word of God. and in that Quran there is a verse which says that in qisas (part of shariah) there is life.

Bad example. There is thing called separation of church and the state in the US, and religion plays no part in public policy making. What you want is a theocracy, and not a democracy. Pakistan is by definition a theocracy b/c it has state religion, unlike the US.
Actually I think really you don't have any idea what you are talking about. Do you really know what state Islam means. Do you have any idea under which circumstances it was implemented in the early periods of Islam and if Islam really requires us to implement the same in todays envoirnment. Do you have any idea what kind of state religion our Mullahs want to impose on us...
Reading from your posts it seems you are really confused...
On one hand you really admire the so called western ideologies, on the other you talk about getting rid of seculars. I think actually you don't know what you are talking about....

Can you explain sharia laws? Your statements have a lot of contrdictions...
1) You admire freedom of religion as they have in USA, while with strict sharia laws you can not allow any religion to bulid their places of worship. Which kind of sharia law you will implement in Pakistan?
2) Idol worshippers have to be killed or exiled from the country, what will you do?
3) You have to impose Jazia tax on Ahlekitaab.
4) There are many other details of what has to implemented under sharia, eg beard, music and entertainment, compulsory veiling etc etc. What will you do when you get rid of all the seculars?
Meray Bhai, all these things were time specific, I welcome you to 2007. If you try to mix Islam with state today you will do Islam the biggest damage.....
