Getting Older

I still haven't felt any real effects of aging - physical or mental. I can be up late until 4, and be up at work by 8 am, and breeze through the day. Eating habits are pretty much the same. If i condition well, which I push hard to do, then I feel arite. One thing I have noticed is that endurance increases with age; such as tolerance to long duration of excercise. Only because, the mental resilience develops while doing it over the years.

But, aging sure affects swiftness and speed. For instance, if a person can run 1.5 mile in 12 mins, how long would it take to do the same thing ten years into the future. Overall, if you maintain a good balance and persistent in what you do, it helps tremendously in many ways..

Top age in this thread? around 30
