I agree Anchal … staying fit is twice as hard. Granted, I was never fit to begin with so that really doesn’t apply to me. I have noticed that I am getting fat in places that I didn’t think possible and where it does not belong. ![]()

Paki Maryam ... :p ... can't describe it. I think it's only natural. I've been studying ppl over the past few days and everybody seems to have a bit of fat there so I'm just gonna put it down to the aging process. sigh

Do a lot of leg lifts. There is something about a 35 yr old with a rock hard stomach.. ![]()
The most annoying this is keeping up with regular maintenance (too lazy to spell check on that)
All of a sudden my ultra powerful eye cream is my best friend.
If I dont walk 30 mins everyday I feel guilty.
Making sure to chew on gum for 3 hours everyday is necessary to stay clear of double chin.

ive become even more careless... i hardly cared in HS days or uni days about how i dressed or looked, but now its even worst
I cant even be bothered with my hair.
Nothing can keep me from my sleep, in the morning if i get to work early, i take a 20 min nap in the car.. ai hai
my face never changes though, i still get told i look like a 5 yr old
one more thing, i think im more focussed on fitness than ive ever been before. I used to be the one who walked 3 km in the 3 km fun run :D now i can walk 3km without losing my breath... shukar hai

same here sadzz... I am more careful about my health and fitness then I ever was cuz I ain't getting younger.
^ yeah :) in HS and uni days, i was always running here and there like a maniac and didnt eat much at all, so stayed arrite (i was still a chubby lil kid though).. but now cus i have to sit on my backside all day long without much movement.. it scares me to think what id look like in a few yaers.... thats my motivation to get fit
i cant sleep early anymore.. used to. my sweet-tooth habbit has never effected me so much as it has in the last few years, hence, gaining weight a lot. a lot has changed in the past few years socially and personally.
cant go to the grocsery store with out shopinglist if i have to buy more then 4 things,
loud music not always fun,

strange ppl when i was younger like 12 i could sleep late and wake up early and now if i have to sleep 9 hours and sicne going uni have been sleeping even 12 hours :o . the worset thing is i can be in bed at 11 but still go to sleep at 3 or 4… i am a thinker ![]()
^ yeah if you are in bed for that long by yourself..I am sure we all know what you are thinking about that is keeping you awake. ![]()
I think I always had a high metabolism so didn’t matter what junk I ate it didn’t make much difference as a kid. I still eat too much junk and with my love for the wrong kinds of food I try and counter it with a lot of excercise. It peps you up to and gets rid of sluggish feelings so well worth it IMO.
I'm getting better with age, just like a fine wine.
