Re: Getting married to a psycho??
I live in the US. In American culture, its considered a major red flag if the woman you’re marrying is complaining about how much money you’re spending on her. If someone tried to tell me that they were my gift from God and I need to appreciate them more, I’d show them a new definition of appreciation.
It doesn’t work that way. Normalcy is not that hard to define at all. Being kind, good and understanding with each other are universal expectations.
This girl needs a serious talking to - if she doesn’t want to be married then she needs to stop the charade right now. The wedding planning and festivities help you get TO the wedding day…but they don’t help you create a home.
Let me be clear here - the people you feed on your wedding day are not around even a second after you walk out that banquet hall.
She is acting like she doesn’t want to be married - she is just enjoying her wedding. This girl doesn’t know that if she doesn’t change, she may be throwing away thousands of dollars, countless hours of thoughtful planning, hurting peoples’ feelings, ruining her own life and her potential husband’s.
