Get Your Act Together Boys

Re: Get Your Act Together Boys

PCG, I was working in Pakistan also (before my marriage) and hence I said "I GOT". I didn't say my parents gave me.... you assume too much.

Secondly, I initiated the discussion with my husband-to-be and we both are well-educated, open-minded individuals. He also said I'll buy it myself if you don't want to. Anyways, you're clearly biased, based on what you've seen around you so I won't waste my breath anymore.

To all the girls who are still unmarried, please please go with an open-mind into a marital relationship. Please be tolerant **and **diplomatic, learn to forgive and forget, as our older generation might not be that flexible and it is US who can change things, by being better Daughter-in-laws, by raising better sons who respect women and by slowly changing things.

You can't just go into a house and start acting like the owner, take things slowly..... it takes time to establish yourself. Just like it takes time to develop a good friendship. Thats what my mom taught me and I'm glad she did.
