Its hard to get excited about new coaches after recalling what happened to Bob Woolmer. However, Faisal, your observations are quite accurate and I just hope that this trend continues. To be honest, I don't really care if Lawson controls everything and if Malik is just his pawn on the field. If that translates into success, and if Malik is willing to accept that role without any qualms, than I have absolutely no problems with it. As long as there are not too many chefs in the kitchen, it usually works out well. Power struggle is usually what rips apart the Pakistani dressing room and we can certainly do without it. It would be ideal if Lawson is the clear cut big boss.
