are those subscribers subscribed to DISHNETWORK or some desi guy who charges them a subscription to keep their system going.. there is a difference ..

I didn't know there was a difference. Anyway, I am subscribed to Dish Network and so is my friend who lives less than a mile from me. He has been getting it since the day it started and I am still not.
so how is the geo tv so far? is it better then prime? it has to be..what are some of the good programs on it?

No, there is a news conference being shown at the moment on GEO. There are a whole bunch of different people and journalists asking him questions. Aish's question to Musharraf was on whether he felt all this lovey dovey stuff going on between India and Pakistan was actually sincere. The conference is still going on. I am assuming it is live ... watch Geo.

As far as I know comcast cable only shows ZeeTV, not TV Asia and Sony. Did they start it recently? how much are then charging it for the package?
