I am sure someone must have mentioned it already, but changing the channel, switching off the television or launching a new channel for conservative muslims are really not the only three options you have.
If you have feedback about Geo’s programming, then just let them know. Click here](Geo News: Latest News Breaking, Live Videos, World, Entertainment, Royal)and tell them that what you don’t like about certain programming. That may not have any immediate impact, but like every entertainment provider, the television channel looks forward to the feedback from their viewers.

Do you really think that feedback would really work? There is no such thing as FCC in Pakistan that will listen to complaints. People who like such kind of indecency and vulgarity are way more then in numbers than those so would complain to GEO about that stuff. Bhai its public demand. Ever wonder why Indian movies are so popular in Pakistan? In the past TVs was required to follow strict Govt regulations. But things are different now. A guy like Shiekh Rasheed Ahmed is our Minister of Information, so what do you expect?
I don't believe that Feedback works instantly. At the same time, I think this should be the first step to let the station know of your views. The other steps could come later.
By the way, I would imagine GEO USA does not come under the perview of Pakistan's Ministry of Information, and the stuff you guys are talking about is not covered by US FCC either (its premier cable and not public airwaves). However, if Geo is showing the same stuff in Pakistan, a complaint can be filed with Min of Information. Though whether it will result in anything is largely a guessing game. But atleast complaints should be filed to keep it on the record.
Another option will be to write to all the newspapers and hope some friendly editor will make it into a political issue. You never know. :)
Well no one is whining here, at least not me. I couldn’t care less about Geo and other crap channels. But I am entitled to give my opinion on indecency on Pakistani TV. Doesn’t matter what channels they are or whether they are shown in Pakistan or in US.
geo indecency is notthing.. look at this weeks Time magazine.. thats real indecency.. just cus they hint stuff or say b itch on a commerical doenst really count as indeceny.. well not in my world..
