I don't know. Let's ask Chaltahai and PakistaniAbroad.

I think they labelled them infidels some time back...maybe they couldn't get hold of big enough stones? :D

hayaa, christian haiy to kya hua. he's still ehl-e-kitaab. convert kar daalo salay ko!

khawa-3, the fact that some guys talk makin gestures like girls does not necessarily mean that they're gay. On the other hand it is possible they might have hijRa tendencies.

from what i learnt in chem class back in karachi, no male is a 100% male and no female is a one-hundred-percent female. an average woman is about 97% female and 3% male and vica versa for men. men like Zaalim for example are 70% male and 30% female (you can see the close proximity to 50-50). a perfect *hijRa is 50% male and 50% female, hence the term 50-50 !

so comin back to my point guys who talk like girls are not necessarily gay. Therefore it is safe to approach them and ask them out, which was your ultimate quest initially i believe?

MR XTREME: :D hehe... do let me know when they do... i want a pce of the action ;)

PK TAZ: ya.. i believe so.. not so much about ure last sentence.. but the first part

CHINGI: speechless no darling.. that wasn't my question... i'm just talkin bout real gay men.. who i KNOW are gay... like the customer.. so very gay... even asked my bro out... the other couple.. gay too... so its a known fact that they are gay.. not talkin bout ure averge joe .. or ZALIM for that matter ;)

aMiGo wrote: "gays should be punished..preferrable stoned to death."

Don said: "aahmad.... if you disagree with another's point of view, you should counter it in a responsible and intelligent manner."

Question is, are the ch******* like aMiGo here with a statement like his deserve a "responsible" and "intelligent" reply? No, they don't.

Actually ch****as like aMIgo here deserved to be stoned to death instead of given an intelligent reply.

So those who dont agree with your point of view must be insulted?

Scratch chanda, does "should be stoned to death" qualify to be a point of view?

No, it does not Roman, but as unfortunate as it might sound people do believe in these things and they only say what they have learnt. Should we be expecting everyone to believe in the same things?

Should we be expecting everyone to believe in the same things?

No we shouldn't but we are not talking about belief here, are we? "Should be stoned to death" is not a belief, it's a discriminatory statement without any humane thought or consideration.

The religion called Islam; it starts from there, doesn't it? They say it doesn't let you pick and choose.

The religion called Islam may doesn't let you pick and choose but that doesn't mean you spew out hatred based on beliefs not shared by the ones you're spewing it out on. How about if someone holds the "belief" that Islam is a ch******* religion in counter to "gays should be stoned" statement?

Probably some people already hold the "belief" that you have mentioned. But when they do express it, we'll be seeing quite a similar reaction from the Islamic side as well; that is all getting riled up and all.

Ok, so its the same everywhere. I agree with you, no spewing out of hatred. But then what about freedom of speech? Saying whatever you want to say? Now I have a feeling, its going to go round and round in circles. Because by the same token I shouldn't have asked you to stop saying whatever you were saying to amigo. There should be some limits though.

maybe they should look inside your head... :D

Scratch,

Now I have a feeling, its going to go round and round in circles...

Correctmando! But there is more to it than simply taking sides with freedom of speech or religion and have "you nuke us, we nuke you, we're even" mentality going on. The underlying hatred and discrimination of a statement like "gays should be stoned to death" got nothing to do with religion. Religion is just a shield to hide behind for justification. Does the person really believe with a clear conscience and humane consideration that another human being should simply be stoned to death just because he/she is gay based on his/her religion or the impulse is more personal and out of disgust and bias held towards homosexuality?

Fact of the matter is no one really wants to stone a gay to death just because religion said so no matter how much one pretends one is following the religion. It is against the very modern social upbringing and morality that even such people are part of and believe in. What they fail to realize is that they are weak to admit to themselves and to others. They fear if they will follow the laws and morality of the world that they are part of, but are against their religious beliefs (wich are not part of their practical world btw) they will give into something they've been told is sinful and dispicable.

Ok, sorry to interrupt...but this is really bugging me. Can you please fill in the blanks? What in the world is ch*******???

Carebear... trust me. You really don't want to know. :)

Chaltahai, roman

All of you taking offence to the stoning thing.. anything we should know about here guys? :) this is the corner room yaro, anything goes. spill it out. though your interactions in various forums dont leave much to the imagination.

all of you seem to be forgetting that this is a Pakistani MsgBoard, where the state religion is Islam. and it is a consensus amongst religious scholars(ahlus-sunnah.. which again is the official religion of pakistan) that the punishment for homosexuals is either execution through sword, stoning to death, or being dropped of a high place.

It does indeed make me wonder why an ass would KNOW that they're going on a moderated forum for the Islamic republic of Pakistan, and then start braying when an Islamic ruling is brought into any discussion.

idiots galore.

ps. the mentioned punishment (to the best of my knowledge) is for muslim guys/gals only.. its something one should think about before they embrace islam.
