Gay Muslims and a Muslim having a girl friend/boyfriend are no way the same thing! still haram but no way the same thing
I my self have never come across any Muslim gays, but I don't agree with the phrase "Muslim gay" u r either one or the other. Yeah u can be born Muslim and turn gay. but U cant be a practising Muslim and be gay.
