Glad to see all your responses, just one thing some people are saying gays cannot be Muslim.
A gay Muslim is just as Muslim as an adulterer/fornicator Muslim, murderer Muslim, gambler Muslim, theif Muslim, drinker Muslim, druggy Muslim, haraam (non-dhabiha) eating Muslim, beardless Muslim, Hijabless Muslim etc.
They are Faasiq (major sinners) but we can only declare them Murtad (apostate) and Kaafir (disbeliever) if they say what they are doing (homosexual sex) is Halaal (like with any other sin), then they are to be executed by the State and there is no Janaazah for them and they are not to be buried in the Muslim graveyard but if they accepted and respected Islam authority as truthful and righteous yet gave in to their lusts then they are still to be executed but under hadd *not because they are Murtad, brother **Lajawab or some other knowledgable Mullah brother correct me here if I'm wrong* but I assume Janaazah is prayed over them by other than the main leader and they are buried with the Muslims and their sins are annuled in the punishment of hadd they recieved in this world.
