Did anyone see the documentary on channel 4 last night?
It was quite interesting and I felt quite sorry for the people in the end cos they cant help how they feel. At first when I started watching I felt angry at them for being gay. The title “gay muslims” is I think a contradiction in itself. I felt angry that they were tring to get people to accept them as gay muslims. But after listening to them talk about their lives I thought well they cant help who they are so it must be very difficult for them and their families. Dont get me wrong . I am in no way shape or form saying that I think it is right to be a gay muslim in fact I totally condemn it.
What are your views on this?
Are they any gay guppies here?
Well, all I can say in this regard is. Gay is against nature. Its just something not natural. But due to some circumstances or something lacking in their bringing up makes them so. I am sure Allah didnt make those people gay from the very beginning, for its a SIN. If it was natural, it wouldnt be catagorized as a SIN, and a whole nation wouldnt have been punished for that reason.

u say that u condemn them. but how can u condemn someone for doing something that they can't help doing?
Claiming that a person is Gay because they were born that way is just plain stupid. It is in Quran that there were ppl in the past who tried to do the same and we all know what happened to them. I don't need another reason or scientific research to convience me.
Then mission accomplished for the democracy. How about a show on Muslims involved in incestuous relations? Hey, it's all mutual...and golly shucks, society shuns them.
Whatever. Consider this a cheap attempt at appealing to emotion because they have no reasoned argument for them to be accepted as Gay Muslims. A documentary on Muslims hetros who cohabit before marriage, in spite of the wishes of the villainous parents, would make you feel how? Again, probably sympathetic.
I watched half of it till when that ugly Paki guy was talking about doing nikaah with his ugly white boyfriend :yukh: the hugs and everything was too much for me to stomach so I switched over to Berenstein Bears.
Bstrds made that program to shame Muslims, people at college were taking the piss today even though there’s plenty of white and Christian gays.
What pisses me off is all of them were Pakistani.
Feeling attracted to other men is not a sin because there’s probably not much they can do about their feelings but acting upon that feeling and shagging other men is a very big sin. If they can’t be straight and have a wife who they can please and some kids, they should be single and celibate (no sex).
If they think physical homosexuality is Halaal (permissible) then they can read the kalima (creed) as many times as they want, they can pray and give charity as much as they want, they can fast and go on pilgrimages as often as they want but they’ll still be Kaafir.
I saw this, was quite interesting. There's a group called "iman" (sp) who support Gay Muslims and have done for years.
It was funny yet quixotic at the same time. The leader of this group was chatting about it is important to remain modest as good muslims should, therefor when her group "iman" marched the "gay pride" march, they were all covered in Hijab, even the blokes and I didn't think Hijab was complusory for blokes, or is it for gay ones?
Few students of Aristotle went to a fortune teller & asked him about their fortunes. In the end they asked him tell us about our teacher. The Fortune teller did his bit & told them that their teacher is a, liar, womaniser, heavy drinker etc etc. In end he told them Aristotle is the worst man can ever exist on this earth. They all told the fortune teller that he doesn't know anything about their teacher because he is the best man ever can exist on the earth, but fortune teller didn't agree.
All of them went to Aristotle & told him what they heard from the fortune teller. Aristotle told them, yes the fortune teller is right. BUT. There is one thing called control on one's self. I have each & every bad habit in my body (as mentioned by Fortune teller) & mind but its me who is controlling not to commit what my bad bit of mind & body tells me to do.
Why do we have criminals? Once a theif even punished commits the same crime again? Do you think its his fault? No its his bad bit of mind intices him to do so.
If Gays can justify their condition I'd say each non-natural doer should be allowed to do whatever he wants.
Why do you think homosexuality is haram in Islam? Why do you think drinking is haram? why do u think premarital sex is haram?
If you dont want to bring Islam in middle please ignore the line above.
But this is just another thing that contradicts islamic beliefs.
Sadly our society has accepted other issues as well such as:-
Prostitution
Murderer
Rapist
Thieves
and now this.
I just wonder how on earth these people can do Sajda in front of Allah when they have done something wrong to another human being. How can your heart be open to prayers or are those prayers dekhawa?

I remember, two or three years back, my uncle had sent me a website address on Gay Muslims. I just had a curious look on it and found that there were a lot of people registered in it. I never looked at it again.
If as true Muslims we really believe that God is just and most merciful, then it is impossible that He would punish us for something we have no control over. That is against the very notion of our existence.
So sorry, I have no sympathy for so called gay Muslims. And neither do the people behind the documentary, slandering Islam remains their only interest.
