Some here have said per religion homosexuality is a sin. I guess an appropriate response would be “those religions could use some reforming”.

Monk, we are doing our bit to minimuze procreating of gays - we don’t use plastic bags. Only cloth bags.

Religions do not get reformed on something written clearly in scriptures.

When there is freedom to accept or not accept what is in scripture, then why should scriptures be ‘changed’/reformed?

‘Reform’ is only possible when the religious practices is based on different interpretations or ambiguous ideas possibly interjected in religions which are causing obvious harm to people at large.

Not making homosexuals buddies or close friends does not harm anyone.

Does any so called human-made reform will change that the practice/act in question will become sinless???

People are free to accept what is in scriptures or not. But to need to ‘reform’.

There should not be any hate or persecution for homosexuals however by people, they are still the creation of almighty and human being and all one can hope they reform themselves..if they wish to.
