Factly it is not possible, not in Pakistan not in any country of the world.. there are regions in USA which are under developed and then there are villages in Saudi Arabia where people do not have access to Electricity… not every city can be converted into industrial hub…
it is duty of the govt. to provide basic facilities to the regions, ppp’s main votebank is the under developed region, which are mostly under the control of Sardar or Wadera.. may i ask what govt have done to develop the infrastructure of these areas??? i know you do no understand any such question and you may regard it as a conspiracy of agencies or army against the govt…
