The more you are trying to be an expert on the subject, the more you are exposing yourself as an illiterate in business affairs. Presumptive tax deducted at source is Income Tax. Sales Tax or any other local taxes on exportable commodities are not applicable on export goods and all these taxes are refunded every where in the world.

Tax deducted at source are final discharge ofIncome Tax liability as per prevailing laws in Pakistan for an exporting concern.

I suggest you to keep quiet on the matters where you have no clue what you are talking about. I don’t know what kind of people you meet or fabricate stories about exporting business concerns..

You are ignoring what I am saying. 99% of Paki businessmen pay no income taxes. The way that guy behaved and said was not stupid to say what I have written. I don’t care what the system in Pakistan is used in paying taxes. They don’t pay taxes. Again don’t pretend to advocate of tax evaders in Pakistan. Had Pakistani business paid their taxes, perhaps Pakistan would have been in better shape.
