Fresh garlic mashed with salt and lemon juice. Mix with mayo.

Roast a couple of cloves garlic in the oven until soft(important step), mash them and add to mayo, squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle salt and pepper.

Oh I use garlic powder. And also add very finely chopped green part of spring union.

little bit of fresh garlic paste mixed with mayo. add lemon, salt, white pepper.
the spring onion bit above is a good idea!
