zaifal [jaiphal/nutmeg]
daal cheenii [cinnamon sticks]

I always blend it at home and I have turned loads of people to follow my recipe… it smells great and you dont have to use a lot of ingredients.
Black pepper take almost 30 to 40 seeds.
Laung (Cloves) dont take more than 15 because it doesnt taste good with a strong taste. So for 40 seeds of pepper, you are required to add only 15 cloves.
10 to 12 black big cardamom. (Bari Ilaichi)
and Zeera almost about a table spoon and half!
Grind it all, dont blend it toooo much… It smells incredible and I love sprinkling it over Aalu Gosht especially ![]()

how long does it last? meaning the smell, flavor, etc once you have made it?

if you keep the lid tight and keep in a cool N dry place, it can last 2-3 years. the quality will deteriorate with time after 2 years.
