they are a smart bunch. They are spending less on clothes and earning more money by entertaining the sexually frustrated south asian male population.

Oh thats a huge number..
Even with conservative estimate the poor in India is about 200 million.. still large.. but 800 to 900 M is little bit too much.
and by the way.. the indian film industry is cutting down its budget by cutting down on the cloaths the women wear..

Okay then lets do “bargaining” :D, how about 500million starving?
Regarding film industry cutting down budget by trimming clothes worn by actoresses, well those actoresses then demand higher pay for showing extra skin so there goes budget out the window again.
