Always see these shows about gang culture in each country…so for instance in Brazil you have the blacks and their favelas…in the UK you have black and asian gangs…and so forth…
Now i was just wondering whether there is a precence of a big gang culture in Pakistan…as in genuine organised crime…such as racketeering…massive drug trade and so forth and by which communities…
Names of gangs would be a nice touch…In England the whole heroin drug trade is Mirpuris…is it the same in Pakistan itself?..
And a trend obviously is that it tends to be the poorer on the socio-economic scale so just wondered whether that is specifically the case in Pakistan and if it is who are the most ostracised communities?..

Well this is not the case. There are pure cirminal gangs too who do not beling to any specific community or religion.
Generally it is a perception here on GS that all mobile snatching/dacoit activites are being done by MQM people in Karachi. It is true that some of the these activities are being done by them but at the same time all of street crimes are not being done by them. There are other criminals too who are enjoying the lawlessness in Karachi.
I would say MQM party workers are work as a gang take BHATTA by force from poor shop keepers and in neighbour hoods.
I was there and on EIDI-UL AZHA after qurbani these boys came and were so rude and in a threaten way to ask KAAL(SKIN)of qurbani.They just come ask for moeny and use the jobless boys to involve in thier union and some time if some one doesnnot want they come home threat their parents to see the bad results.
My own nephew was taken by forced to give exams in place of a boy who was in MQM.T

yup, by far the biggest criminal's are the MQM.
Other's are involved, but not on the same scale, no one has brought as much bloodshed to Karachi then the MQM
Almost every gang in urban areas of Pakistan is a political affiliate opf some party and carries out politically motivated agendas along with regular badmaashi.
In rural areas gangs of of tribal nature and clans or simply daciots as in interior sindh or balochistan.
Gangs that are solely out there to make some money are not in style in Pakistan.
My experience from punjab.
Its not very fisble there to have gangs- people who have nature of messing with strangers , die very soon.
Badmash in those areas don't survive for long time.
Maybe because every one has access to fire-arms. But MqM style badmashi is not posible in most parts of pakistan'
I know some ppls here in USA who were muderer rapist,robbers and comtted the horrible crimes but ran away from back home get visa made status here.
I do not understand why our innocent AWAM voted them made them stronger and gave them chance to play with thier lives and their kids future.....
I think its never too late to think about to choose right parties to rule the country..Think about it.
I have heard when they were in power their leaders even party workers used tkidnap the young girls of their choice raped them threatened the parents not to get legal help.
Why their leaders have luxury life in abroad got married got British passport have AISH their??They not even work and they got AWAM'S money for their expences and doing hours and hours telephonis speaches.
Why they do not come back face charges if they are innocent??They have ugly faces and still mislead the young generation............PLZ AWAM its time to wake-up.
