tell me folks which game did you play when you were kids
I figured i am still fit enough to be running around with kids and catch em, quite easily 
we play pakran pakrayee and baraf paani
there were other games we used to play in gound but i forgot
Anyone remembers ?

oonch neech tha keh the ground is neech, and a sofa or a chair or a rock or a thara is oonch. the object of the game was to run from one oonch to the other, without getting caught by the person in the middle. us nay pakar liya to ab aap ki baari baakiyon ko pakarnay ki
King King ummm sahi tarhan yaad nahin. I think you just had to step on other’s shoes. oh haaan! yaad aaya. basically you make this circle. Aik banda hota hai jis nay sab ko king karna hota hai. matlab keh she will step on your shoes (school main when you have to wear white canvas shoes to daihaan say warna ammi say ghar jaa kar daant parti hai). And you have to avoid getting stepped on. you can move back or forward as much as you possibly can without getting stepped on.
Aik aur game thi. The farmer wants a wife. so there is a “farmer.” and he wants a" wife". so he picks a wife from a whole bunch of players tehre. and then the wife wants a dog. and the dog wants a cat. and the cat wants a mouse, and then the mouse wants cheese. each thing is another kid. you can decide who is going to be who before hand. in the end you have to catch the “cheese” who is just some kid, and all the kids run around trying to catch the cheese.
and how can i forget nani amma nani amma 
one kid becomes the “nani amma” the kids gather around in front of her…kaafi peechay kharay ho kar. and ask her nani amma nani amma sair ko jain? and nani amma goes nahin. bachay go pleassssssseeeeee…nani amma boorhi si, think the kids are going to call the police on her. so she gives them a huge bunch of chores. nahao, jharoo maro, taaki maro, barton dho, etc etc. and the nawasay nawasiyan do those actions, and with each action they move one step forward. finally the nani gives permission. at this point the game can either end and the kids run away…or the nani amma can get mean and catch them
and kho kho don’t forget that!
there is another game, larkiyon wali where in the end you tickle each other par yaad nahin aa rahi 
another one is orange and a lemon. know how to play that one?
there is also oh pillar, caterpillar. that’s a girly game. hand movements are like the ones in cham cham, but you go oh pillar clap clap caterpillar clap clap lady bug clap clap ping pong clap clap statue clap clap and then repeat really fast oh pillar caterpillar ladybug ping pong statue. as soon as you say *statue *you have to freeze in whatever movement you want. anyone who blinks or slightly twitches loses.
another girly one is england island. that one you need a longgggggg circle of elastic. round wala isn’t that nice. flat wala works AWESOME with it.

ooh the Farmer Wants A Wife sounds fun! too bad im too old to play it :(
well here are the ones i used to play and can remember properly lol
Hide And Seek In The Dark - self explanatory lol
Treasure Hunt - one person is selected to write a bunch of clues, and each clue is numbered, clue 1 is read out to the hunters, and the answer to the clue reveals where clue 2 is hidden, got it? so this goes on for some while lol, and then the last clue leads to a small prize, eg chocolate or a toy. i used to love this game :) it can get bit mad sometimes, but is great fun. by the way the person who makes the clues cant participate in the hunting lol, cos he/she obviously knows where the clues !
School - lol i don't know if this could be considered fun but i used to love it lol. someone plays the part of a teacher and sets tasks for the "school bachay" , once completed, you get a star on a chart with your name beside it, the idea i tihkn was to get as many stars as possible lol. i remember me and my sisters used to play this with my cousin, and my sister was always the naughty and unruly child haahaha
British Bulldog - you need quite a few kids for this really, everyone lines up against a wall, and one person stands in front, when he/she yells British Bulldog all the other kids have to try and reach the wall opposite without getting caught by the kid in the middle. if you get caught, you join the kid in the middle and try and catch the kids when they again run to the opposite wall. Eventually theres one sole kid left running to reach the wall until he/she is caught lol.
