***Let’s see now…on the two occasions that come to mind …
I’ve either thrown my shopping bag at them …aiming for his head of course and the second time I just said :
" Do you want me to kick your ass ? " …that kinda made them go all ghost-like and run for the hills to borrow Marshmallow’s line ! 
Oh yeah and heels come in handy in these situations too…thats what they were meant to be for

I think it depends on personality. If you are confident enough to encounter them than you will and I think in case of women it will send a clear signal to men that ‘shut up and stay away’. Which is really good. Men with some loose nuts will always come back if they’ll think that you are weak and venerable. A simple NO or Ignore doesn’t work in this case.
So women stay confident and bold outside the house and soft and polite inside the house :k:
