These gali gali schools don’t have qualified staff.Any matric/inter student can go and teach there hence the standard of such schools is low.During our parents time there were no private schools and there used to be a competition between govt schools and strict rules were followed to make sure that students were properly educated.I don’t think us waqt ka matric aj k masters k barabar tha in terms of studies.People say it because of difference in education standards.
Exactly. I can’t understand the purpose of heavy fees then. When you are taking Rs 25000/ month from a nursery student, why there is a need for tuition /coaching? Even uptil 90s, tuition upto class 8, was a rare phenomenon. Now everyone needs that
What do you mean by Standard Procedures? There are different categories of schools from peela school to hi-fi English medium schools. How can they follow same standard procedures?
well yes quality is getting poor but gali gali schools also have an advantage that parents are at-least sending children to schools, something is better than nothing…
Gali mohalla schools don’t charge 25000 rs
But yes still they are charging a lot and I have seen one more thing that poor people also want to send their kids to private schools when they know they can not afford it.I know it’s their right to educate their kids but I feel they have also made up their minds k parhana to private he parhana hy wrna nahi
But it is not good to send every kid to tuition and coaching center…what is the purpose of schooling…its just to get a matric certificate..i believe schooling is the secondary teaching…first he teaches from home..n then school…but now its a business not a education place…parents get rid of themselves by sending them to tuition and coaching center…even parents are themselves mashaAllah educated..but they don’t have time.sigh!!
if standard was maintained in Government schools, then people would have opt for those schools. As far as those people, who are allergic of education, they would not have sent their children to school, even if there was a branch of Oxford in their gali and they could afford it.
