Portrayal of Pakis is very bad...but dats wat u can expect from an Indian Patriotic Flick which's made for the masses...who love Paki Bashing...but I suppose it's not the same for all indians.And One man army is also expected in a SUNNY DEOL starrer.Nevertheless...the first half was outstanding!!!

why not? if im an audience then i have every right to criticize that movie and comment on it. they r entertaining me and hell i'll let them kow if i'm not being entertained. if i see soemthing i dont like, not only will i not watch it but i will make sure i dont let other people watch it, just so they loose audience on such movies and dont make it again.

I agree with every point made in this post.
Also, I am not condoning Gadar, but I feel this concept of bashing a country is not unique to Bollywood. If I remember correctly, during the cold war, most 007 movies released had communists/Russians as the vilains.
Also, when Americans made "The Patriot", I believe they did bash the British.

shut up. no musilm raped any hindu or sikh women 'cuz there weren't that many in Pakistan to begin with, except for in Lahore. On the other hand India was filled with muslim who had to travel all the way to Pakistan with train making stops at all the indian cities where hindu and sikhs butchered people in those train. Sikhs and Hindu took trains from Lahore and straight away to India.
