not that i'm married or anything, but I don't think it works like that. Marriage is not about to each their own, but rather making each other better, in this case a better muslim. Offering namaz is not detrimental to health, on the contrary one should see it as the retirement plan for the afterlife. So yeah, worry about yourself and him, because I (hope) you'd want him to be in jannat too.
