First I thought that Zafar Iqbal Jhagra is hilarious, and Mohammed Khan Lund is too much too live with, but the name of MQM’s Salim Shehzad’s recently deceased mother was Mafia Begum.
I salute these people to live with these names and face the mockery of others, all their lives.
But why not change the name? What gives?

The name of one of my classfellows back in Austria was “Christoph Schmutz”.
And Schmutz is the German word for dirt. 
Another classfellow was “Juergen Penner”.
And Penner is the German word for a dosser.

waisy a name is a name and it becomes ur identity, I dont think ppl with such names will change their names, just because they have some funny meaning. changing ur name, means changing ur identity, so ppl just live with these names and let others live.
btw, someone in AUSTRALIA was not allowed to go to an elem. school (was in the news) coz his last tname was “HELL” the person was of austrian origin, the name is german and means ‘light’ .. so if you look at your name, maybe it has a funny/undecent meaning in some other culture/language, not nice to make fun of names and their meanings.
