I have seen that many many times. I’ve also seen it in very religious couple where both the husband and wife are “very” practicing muslims. The thing is that a man is allowed to wear and pray in shorts that fall below the knees so he OK…but just out of respect that becharey ki biwi abaya mey mer rahi ho gi, he should be a but more considerate and wear full pants at least. Maybe the wife doesn’t care but just out of care maybe?

I say the husband go the whole hog and do the hijab as well, it’s only fair :p.
