doesn't seem familiar. In Quran, there is something else is used in Sura e Yusuf when mentioning cutting of fingers by Egyptians ladies when they Hazrat Yusuf.

The word used in Surah e Yusuf is : أَيْدِيَهُنَّ
that is cutting of hands, which is normally translated as cutting of fingers.

I just love reading listening and Surah e Yusuf. truely termed as Ahsan ul Qasas
