The fabric is not moonlight .. Other pictures I’ve seen, the fabric in the middle just looks like a dotted chiffon. If you want to make it more bridal-ly, perhaps you could use kamdani material for the fabric in the middle. And I think that though the work itself is minimal but with the jacket material and the color combination you’ve chosen, the overall look will be quite rich.
I personally like it when bridal dresses are intricately designed but not overworked so they don’t overwhelm the bride.
