Someone has to mop other people’s pee. We should be thankful to such people. I have a great respect for our office janitor lady. Thanks to her, we get to use the clean bathrooms every morning.
Half of our engineering team won’t show up at work for the whole week, and no one would care. That lady doesn’t come for one day, and everyone feels the pinch

But does she tell you how to do your job, there are desired jobs and least desired jobs that you do if there is nothing else you can do because of either lack of skill, lack of education, behavior issues or low motivation. No one is challenging the utility, there will be people at the top, middle and bottom, is it chance or is it some traits that land us there. I happened to hike up some mountains, do you look at the guy who fell off or the guy who is sprinting to the top. My son Kayaks, I ask him to see what Ben is doing, he is a Canadian Gold Medalist, Bens Dad asks him to see what Van Koeverden is doing he is an Olympian. If you want to get ahead chase the guy in front of you.
