But i am going to try explain the situation. On my floor of the company there are round about 16 people. Round about 9 girls and 7 boys include me. We are all on the same level except that girl …
1 girl there is assistent manager and the manager do have her own room and that assistent manager does work with us.
At day one she doesn’t like me … she ignore’s me and if i make mistakes she takes it seriously and talk about it hard at the floor but if others make mistakes then she dont say anything special.
Today i didn’t make mistake. I wasn’t on the meeting so i didn’t notice it. I did make a appointment for a client and she did start bark that i have not to make more than 3 appointments a clients a day because a lot of my colleges are on vacation. we are not with 16 but only 09 people left till the end of augustus. I did say i didn’t know that somebody have to told me that and i was not on the meeting. And she sayd she is done with me at the of one so.
ON THE WHOLE: I don’t know how to handle her. What is the reason that she is doing so to me? I didn’t do anything wrong to her and i didn’t say anything wrong, but she talk and does things as i am a enemy of her and that’s frustrating me and makes me sick. i want to quit this job, but i can’t the job is well paid and nice, but that girl. Does somebody know how to handle her and what does it that she doing things so to me?
How can i handle her? Because she is bringing me a lot of stress. Maybe a stupid question and things to ask, but i don’t know what to do. I just put it here because maybe some paki brothers/sisters can give me advise.
Sorry, my english isn't very well. But can somebody who is over the age of 18+ read and give me some advise? I am serious about it and once again some people proove that they have a dirty mind and think they are comedy kings. If some people want some attention with they jokes then go home and ask attention to u r familly.

BTW i am a paki boy 28 years old. MAybe i don't know but the responders were like 13 14 years old. Is it possible to acces life and relationships topic over the age of 18 maybe the moderators can think about it. well in any case i think best thing is to be quiet. if she kicks u out at least ur conscious wont blame your for the entire fiasco and also disrespecting her.

My question is:
Why She ore actualy a girl is behaving like that to a boy. Why she is doing that kind of stuff and actually hates me and i didn't give her a reason. I didn't do or sayd anything wrong to her. So, what could it be that she's doing like that. I am getting frustrated ... I am a normal human and nice and i don't hurt people and her either and she is doing things like that. So, i just wanted to know if somebody can explain here behaviour.... and how to handle her in m y situation. I can't leave from my work.
Talk to HR about this problem. It is harassment and bullying.
The other way is to try to make a friend out of her by buying her some gifts , no not perfumes or clothes but a nice pen , a mouse , mouse pad or any other item which she can use for her work. Invite her for a lunch , not alone but a small group lunch.
Be subtle in your friendship efforts to make sure that your friendship effort is not a romantic advance.
Start with buying a box of candies and offer to the whole group by going to their desk etc.
These small gesture go a long way.
Yes, Amsterdam is diverse environement and i do work in diverse environement. 20% are foreign people. No, she does behave normally to everybody except me. I just only wish that she behave normal to me so i can work and then everything will be fine.
I just don't understand why she does so to me and that make me drive crazy. In the begin i did just ignore, but now after few weeks she doesn't stop. I can't also do anything. Because nobody will believe me. I am working there for few weeks and she is there for few years. So, i don't have any chance.
If i give her presents or go lunch with her. Is against my rules. I hate her now pretty much. Actually i do want to kill her ... i did severel times think to break here nose and every bone and go to home.

I don't care about a poll, GS is part of the world wide web; everyone's views should be respected, and nobody should be offended. If someone is offended, then one should apologise to the person who felt offended. Personally I am not asking for an apology, but I think it was wrong for OP to suggest he was getting advise from 13, 14 year olds - he should have approached this differently. No sympathy from me, that's for sure!

Sorry, i apologise. It is my fault and do not dont judge someone ore a situation or scold if u don't know anything. That is Gybat....one of the most bad sins in ISlam. It looks u r a depressed.
i am sorry ... i did over react, but that couldn't be the reason to judge something ore someone.
BTW i have my answer ... from 2 good friends and someone here. She loves me, but she don't want to accept that by herself and she resists and then that's here behaviour.
