Heard that bridal make-up costs more than Rs 50,000 in certain parlors. New beauty kits are introduced on regular basis.

My Ammi told that in their times (70s and 80s), brides make-up was limited to applying oil on hair… kass ke choti banana and ziada ho
gaya to Tibet Snow laga li?

What do you think is the reason for this change? Do people of or era become more conscious or duniya main natural beauty khatam hogai?

It was literally ‘Sola Singhaar’, only few decades ago.

I think that 16 items were easily available in home and there was no need to appoint a specialist for preparation and applying that to bride

When I was 14/15 years, I got few pimples, one of my Aunty gave me
This mixer of 6 creams to use, I did and pimples disappeared In few days, BUT !!! After like a week or so thick dark hairs stared grow on my face

ahaa, those were simple days. People used to marry real girls and not just one-night fashion model. :(

BTW why there is a facial trend in young men? Is it limited to mummy daddy group or others also follow this trend. The way normal saloon keeps different beauty products at display say that 'ab pani sir se ooper chala gaya hai'
