omg, shrimps are DIVINE!!! Almost but not quite better than king crab legs! I was kinda hesitant with them one time when I went to a chinese wedding feast and one of the numerous dishes served was spiced shrimps WITH the heads still on - yup they looked like humongous bugs. But they were the BEST, most delectable shrimps I ever ate.

ok, since this seems to be kind of a gross out thread....

out west, they serve "Rocky Mountain Oysters" which are sliced and deep-fried testicles of BULLS. Never tried em but they are very popular out in cowboy country.

In Pakistan they are also a delicacy and so many of Pakistani have eaten them in Kata Kut ( again a specialty) but would not know it.

The way they are eaten is when they are mixed with other organs, chopped, spiced and stir fried..

so you really cant tell the taste , separately ..

they taste more like kidneys but a bit more wierd and softer

their texture is like texture of lungs u know not hard as kidneys

even softer than lungs so u can imagine how ewe it is

well im not talking bout that skin skin but have u tried chicken with feathers on its skin no right so im talking bout that skin.
