Oh, I remember telling my sister that that’s one of the more common tactics used in scary movies (to look over n see some ghost/witch/possessed thing) lying next to you.
Another one that gives me the creeps is when you’re looking in the mirror, and then you suddenly see someone’s reflection.
An annoying tactic (another common one) in scary movies is how the lights are always turned off…even if it’s only evening outside. Like in the The Ring, for example. LOL…sheesh turn the lights on…it’s not that late in the night yet…are you trying to conserve electricity or something.
Oh…and it irritates me when one of the good guys finds out that someone they trusted is “evil” and feels the need to confront the person. For example, a girl finds out her boyfriend is a serial killer…and decides to confront him. Stupid move (shakes head)…cuz you’re gonna be “next.”
