mayo sometimes
Ranch dressing also goes well with them
I also like the Polynesian sauce from Chick-fil-A
And I love that garlicky-mayo type sauce that comes with french fries in the restaurants in the middle-east...yum! Shame they don't have that here...or if they do..it's not as delicious.

ok, I know this is weird, but I love dipping french fries into a hot fudge sundae! It is the perfect combination of salty and sweet!
Otherwise, I love eating fries with sweet and sour sauce, tartar sauce, bbq sauce, and garlic-mayo dipping sauce!

One of these days I'm going to make my own garlic mayo. If you take achar masala from a jar of desi pickles and mix it in with mayo...it's sooo good. I like that mayo makes a good base for experimenation.
