boil the aalus a lil and then drain them and fry them and u’ll see the difference …

i used yam for fries and bake them…its better than deep fried potato fries…i use honey mustard from McDonald’s hahaha

I’ve always wondered about doing that…I thought that this would make them come out closer to the fries in fast-food restaurants. More crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I’m gonna try that out soon.

Usually I eat my fries with ketchup mixed with a few dashes of Tabasco sauce. YUM!
I also like fries with ranch dressing.
****And I LOVE fries with that yummy garlic sauce that comes in those little plastic cups…served in the Middle Eastern restaurants with their broasted chicken.

I was just going to say that :p… OPTP chips with garlic mayo = Hardees’ french fries are really good too. I also love the traditional English thick cut chips that you get from the fish n chips shop, topped off with some vinegar
My mum uses corn flour to make french fries at home I think, they’re also yummy.

omg RV, where did you eat those? They are my favourite kind!!! gosh I miss the middle eastern fried chicken and their garlic sauce. Even KFC serve that garlic sauce in saudi arabia.

Never seen that awesome sauce duplicated anywhere :(. what I love in Saudi is they put those fries and garlic sauce in shawarmas too, they love fries with everything

Yup fries with ‘thoum’ (the garlic sauce, it’s easy to make at home too!)
fries with smoked paparika mayo, and garlic mayo!
