Free-of-charge treatment at army heatstroke centres across Sindh

Re: Free-of-charge treatment at army heatstroke centres across Sindh

Actually it is total ignorance and same old envious bitterness that paints Military hospitals as ‘best of the best’. Absolutely not. You really need to visit one and get a treatment to know the reality. They are just slightly better equipped and staff appears more professional as they still follow military discipline (major point), otherwise the overall quality of the care still very hit and miss.

One of our friends here blogged about the medical negligence his father received in MH which could have cost him his life. Either you know these real stories and experience them first hand or you blindly believe in cheap gossips and rumours to suit your own agenda.

I can tell you from experience and personal knowledge that military hospitals probably just gets extra points for being slightly more responsive (plus extremely right security!!!) towards their patients due to the pressure of treating really prominent ex-servicemen, and that’s about it.

I would personally rate the SKMH above Military hospitals, but then again SKMH is a specialist hospital, but they do provide quality care for an organisation largely run by charity funds.
