LOL! Even if it’s allowed, they can only be naked in certain areas. They can’t walk around naked in all public places. So would you be okay if praying is allowed on certain streets but not all of them?

I will see no problem with that . During certain hours of the day in US Two way traffic becomes one way on certain streets . Also on certain roads and freeway exits you are allowed to drive on the shoulder of the road during certain hours , but you will get ticketed if you do that outside of those hours.
But I see one problem with this approach of allowing prayers on certain streets during certain hours that we the Muslims will stop working on the plans of building new Masajids and expanding the existing ones.
