what’s new in this man? Like in any group, because of the actions of 2% the other 98% also get a bad rap and suffer

First, the population is close to 10%, second there is no “bad rep” here, third nobody is talking about “regulation” here, we are talking about “ban”.

if it is done with permission and consent of the local authority and not done every day , such cases may not invite ban or criticism .

The act under question is not of “everyday”, lets keep things in perspective.
