Islam states that a man can have upto 4 wives WITH the permission of his previous wife. A lot of uneducated men take versus from the quran and translate them to suit themsleves If men struggle to financialy look after one wife with children how can he even think of marry another three lol

You did not understand Islam will. It is Pakistani Law to take permission from previous wife, not be Islam. This law is only in Pakistan and Bangladesh made in 1961 by Ayub Khan. This law is not in any other Islamic Country.
Islam put the max number should not be more than 4. As you have n number of slave girls then only 1 wife is more than enough.
