and why did you not quote rest of it? usually when someone quotes something, they quote the full text. you went on to edit out rest of the ayah, i wonder why??
the second part does say something, it highlights the ‘possibility’ of a man doing justice, for which the guideline was laid, that he should not go to the extreme and be totally unfair to one (i.e leaving her hanging). as long as the man does his best to do justice it is possible.
if it was just totally impossible, why would God allow it at one point, and negate its possibility in another ayah?
