BTW, umm but don't get offended, I feel like nothing will occur and naught will be changed, despite how sincere and serious members are at GS specially those who spent last 10+ years! So I am sure again my effort will be thrown into bin as if I don;t exists at GS!
Like in real democracy, every one should have a 'say' and be treated respectfully by your team unlike as Dr. Arbaab Rahim, there has to be some principle for senior and The most senior members at GS, for them being sincere for years and giving a lot in the form of valued time and quality output (text , audio, sharing of information) with the intention to attracts people and make them join the GS, so those people should be treated 'specially' and should be respected by your so called team, specially by those who joins GS in years 2006 or 2007 or for few months and becomes 'MOD' and then are teaching to these members how to use GS, although they started writing at GS when these nappy kids were not even born!
Sigh, I have so much to say regardless, but I don’t want now, because I don’t see any result! And hence I chose to limit myself from posting and contributing! however my doors are always open for serious people to drop a line to me!
Mods. are volunteers and have enough on their plates without trying to worry about increasing the traffic count to the forums. I think guppies have to accept most of the blame. I would like to increase my posts and want to flood in cafe but there is a lack of flooders out there unless you include school girls. There are groups that stick their own kind. I think sometimes moderators need to facilitate posters until a thread gains a momentum of its own. In this sense it is useful to have people as moderators who can do this, but some of them just like to chat with their pals only. The only person that I could flood with was Aisha and even she has disappeared for the last couple of days :(

i am back, anyways in my humble opinion the chat has ruined it for cafe, i have observed it! if i dont post doesnt mean i am not reading and i have seen that since chat cafe has become really boring and slow. before chat people use to chat in cafe and threads reached 3000 posts and what not but now :(

Back in the days of digi chat, cafe was actually benefitted by chat. How? I will leave that to your imagination. However, now the unnecessary rules to show power and status have actually ruined it.
Why cafe is dead. Well, that’s another irony. Hope things will change.
I know what you mean … we been there and done that! … the Chat and VC back in 2000+ is something not to forget in life! …
Members like** Roman, NYAh…, Jasoos, Azkar, Munda Pakistani, Kohal, fantastic1, AQ, ~Amber~, Aleezay, mindless and** many many more were making that place an ideal world! … and then Cafe was used to get more hits… and how!!! well you know it already and no need to explain it further!
Remembering the history will always keep the ideology of formation or creation alive… mods who joined GS in last 1-2 years ago, can never understand the inspiration while this pace was created and this is the reason of losing most senior and valued members here who left already or stopped posting!
These are Members who built this place like it is or was, but they need at least some recognition and some respect, they need to be listen carefully and they should be ask to get involved in conference and allowed to give suggestions (not just in feeding back forum though), Sir these are not your rivals, they are simply well GS wisher, but they don’t work-out for any post! (chamcha geeri)
My one line message is ‘be sensible and be realistic and value those who are sincere too you sir(s)!’

It will also ensure a huge uptik in thread created because a lot of members here love to take potshots at India and if the mods are Indians, that too Hindus, there will be a lot to talk about
In particular, for forums such as Pak affairs, th eonly way to ensure fair treatment of people from Punjab, Sind, Baluch et al is to appoint mods who are not from any of these provinces.....BANGALORE is the ideal source
